According to the website, the head of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan failed to correctly pronounce the name of the commander in chief, President Ilham Aliyev, mispronouncing it as "Abiyev." After that, the minister hurriedly looked at the piece of paper with the text and corrected himself.
